Nicki takes good care of us at St Farm office

Nikki is an excellent insurance agent. I was very impressed with the exceptional customer service she provided. She answered all of my questions and explained things that were not clear to me step by step. Additionally, she does a fantastic job of following up and keeping me updated on everything. I dislike having to pay insurance and keeping up with it for vehicles, boats, motorcycle and home and soon to be life but one comfort in it all is that I have been dealing with Tina Biscan State Farm office and not only are my rates reasonable and fair I have always been able to reach he office and Nikki G with any concerns I may have.
